Welcome to the Plas Moelfre Hall Barns & Shepherd Huts Mindfulness & Wellbeing Weekend Retreat. By booking a space, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.Cancellations by Us

If we are unable to run the retreat (e.g., due to illness or health & safety issues), you are entitled to:

A full refund (including your deposit)
OR a transfer to another date or retreat with us

2.Cancellations by You

If you need to cancel your booking:

The £250 deposit is non-refundable, unless we cancel the retreat
If you cancel before March 6th (final balance due date):
- You can transfer your space to someone else at no extra charge
- You must provide their details by emailing: plasmoelfrehallbarns@gmail.com
If a like-for-like retreat exists, you may transfer your booking up to 60 days in advance (Transfers not permitted after that window)

3.Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

If you need to cancel, you may be able to claim through your insurer. Please note:

We do not provide insurance advice
All claims are between you and your insurer

4.Payment Details

Deposit: £250 - non-refundable, paid at booking
Second Payment: £250
Final Balance: Due by Friday, 6th March

You will receive a payment reminder via email with bank transfer details. All prices are per person - please read the cottage descriptions carefully.

5.Programme Adjustments

Retreat programmes are subject to change due to weather or other conditions (e.g., if mountain walks are not safe).

Timings are approximate and may vary depending on group preferences.

6.Health & Safety

By registering, you accept all risks associated with the retreat. We are not liable for any:

Personal injury or illness
Delays, losses, or damage to property
Financial or health-related issues

7.Special Circumstances (e.g., Pandemics)

If we cannot run the retreat due to:

A national lockdown, or
Government-imposed travel restrictions

You will receive a full refund.

However, if you decide not to attend (e.g., due to personal health concerns or anxiety about travel), you must claim through your travel insurance.
